  • Pregnancy with Eisenmenger syndrome is a very rare disease with grave prognosis and mortality rate of 30- 50% due to increased circulatory burden in gravid women.
  • Availability of newer drugs, intensive care unit along with proper antenatal and postnatal care has reduced their morbidity and mortality.
  • Early diagnosis and proper counselling of these patients for MTP could further reduce the overall mortality rate in these patients.
